Mount Zion or simply Zion is used often throughout the Bible, and is used to describe both the people of God, as well as the spiritual kingdom to come. In Biblical times Mount Zion, was the highest elevation in ancient Jerusalem. In Peter 2:6 the Bible says, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a cornerstone chosen and precious, and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.” The significance of Zion throughout the Bible, helps us remember and focus on people, relationships, and Christ. In an industry and world where it is easy to get focused on material things, maintaining a Christ centered perspective on eternity is important to us.
We believe that to be successful as a business we must maintain and hold ourselves to Godly, Christ centered principles; meaning putting others first, living a life of humility, integrity, and honesty. When possible we endeavor to keep business local and are proud to support and utilize local small businesses.
It is important to us to care for the environment, we are supportive of responsible 4-Wheel Drive use and support Rausch Creek Offroad Park and Tread Lightly. Within the day to day business operations we ensure that all used oil, antifreeze, cardboard, metal tires, and other fluids are properly recycled.
As a member of a small community we feel good about giving back to people, organizations, and clubs which help others in need. The following are a few of the organizations we support:
The Make-a-Wish Foundation, Cornerstone Bible Church, Dover Area Food Bank, Dover Fire & Hose, NYCRPD National Night Out, PA Jeep Club, Friendly Bible Class, Visual Reality Car Club, Wellsville Frontier Days, Dover Area Aquatic Club, Lifetouch Global Medical Missions, Harvest of Blessings, Walnut Grove Therapeutic Horseback Riding
We don't do this because it's a job, we do this because it's our life.
