Eric's Scrambler

The plan for this Jeep was to remove the old clumsy, carbureted 4.2L Engine with a 4.0 HO Fuel Injected Engine.  Comincidentally Eric owned a 1998 Jeep Cherokee which soon became the donor vehicle.  We removed the Engine and AX15 Manual Transmission from the Cherokee, mated it to the orginal CJ Dana 300 Transfer case and started on the custom wiring harness.  The goal is to have all of the original gauges working correctly and a swap which looks like AMC originally completed it.
